Stephanie Crutchfield is the CEO and Owner of Crutchfield Family Living. Married for over 25 years, she and her husband have raised two grown children and are proud grandparents to two energetic grandsons, ages 5 and 2.
Crutchfield Family Living was born from Stephanie’s personal journey of caring for her retired mother, who lives on a fixed income. Seeing firsthand the challenges many seniors face, she was inspired to create a community that combines companionship, safety, and affordability—all rooted in love and family values.
Her mission is simple: to ensure retired seniors on fixed incomes can enjoy independent living in a warm, supportive environment where they feel truly at home.
